Rules of the prize competition “Životinjsko carstvo (Animal Kingdom) – Digital Album”

Article 1

The organizer of the prize competition entitled “Životinjsko carstvo (Animal Kingdom) – Digital Album” is KRAŠ prehrambena industrija d.d., Ravnice 48, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 94989605030, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”. The competition is organized for the purpose of promoting the products and the Organizer.

Article 2

The prize competition shall be held from 22 September 2016 to 31 December 2026, with the possibility of extending the duration of the competition. In such a case, the extension shall be established by amendments to these Rules.

Article 3

These Rules of the prize competition, as well as any amendments and supplements thereto, shall be published on the website https://digitalni-album.igraoni.ca.

By publishing the amendments referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, all participants shall be deemed to have been duly and timely informed of the changes to the Rules.

Article 4

All natural persons residing and/or staying in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Malta, the Czech Republic and Slovakia shall be eligible to participate in the competition.

Minors shall be entitled to participate in the prize competition exclusively with the prior consent of their parent or another person who is the minor’s legal representative.

Pursuant to applicable law, minors may be prize winners and receive the prize in accordance with the conditions prescribed by law, i.e. provided that the legal representatives of the minor prize winner have accepted the prize, thereby expressing their consent to these Rules, and shall collect the prize on behalf of the minor.

Article 5

In order to participate in completing the Životinjsko carstvo digital album, it is necessary to create a user account at www.igraoni.ca.

For each code entered from a wrapper of a Životinjsko carstvo (Animal Kingdom) or Životinjsko carstvo (Animal Kingdom) Junior chocolate bar, or from the wrapper of a Lizli chocolate lollipop, the participant in the prize competition shall receive 2 (two) identical stickers, e.g. two Colombian Boa stickers. The stickers received upon entering a code shall be selected at random. All duplicate stickers may be exchanged with other players/participants in the “Digital Album” application.

By playing the knowledge quiz, participants may win stickers. For each correct answer, the participant shall receive 2 (two) identical stickers. The maximum number of stickers that may be won by playing the quiz is 20 (twenty).

In order to complete the entire digital album, it is necessary to collect all 250 (two hundred and fifty) different stickers. For each completed album, the user shall receive 1 (one) gold coin. Participants may use their remaining duplicate stickers to complete a new album and thereby complete multiple albums. Gold coins may be exchanged for prizes available in the application.

For each unused code from the “The Biggest Album in the World” application, the participant shall receive 2 (two) identical stickers in the “Digital Album” application.

The participant agrees that, in the event of winning a prize, the Organizer may contact the participant using the participant’s personal data for which the participant has given consent to processing.

In the event that a prize winner is unavailable due to inaccurate personal data or due to the prize winner’s unavailability for other reasons for which the Organizer is not responsible, all obligations of the Organizer towards the prize winner shall cease, except for the obligations under Article 8 of these Rules, until the personal data are deleted.

Article 6

Prize winners shall not be entitled to request prizes other than those provided for within the scope of this prize competition and in the application referred to in Article 5, paragraph 4 of these Rules.

Prizes may not be exchanged for cash, other products or services.

Article 7

Upon receipt of the prize, all obligations of the Organizer towards the prize winner shall cease, except for the obligations under Article 8 of these Rules, until the personal data are deleted.

In the event that delivery of prizes to winners in overseas markets is impossible or subject to objective difficulties for reasons for which the Organizer is not responsible, the Organizer shall notify the prize winner thereof, upon which all further obligations of the Organizer towards the prize winner shall cease.

Article 8

The Organizer undertakes to protect the personal data of participants in the prize competition in accordance with the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The Organizer undertakes to process only the personal data of participants that are necessary for the purpose of conducting the prize competition.

The participant in the prize competition may provide consent to the processing of personal data when registering a user account at www.igraoni.ca by checking the designated consent box.

The participant shall have the right to withdraw the consent referred to in the preceding paragraph at any time and request the cessation of further processing of their data.

The personal data of participants in this prize competition shall be retained for one year after the end of the prize competition, after which the Organizer undertakes to delete such data.

Article 9

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition in the event of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, or which the Organizer could not prevent, remedy or avoid, or which, pursuant to applicable law, constitute force majeure. In such case, the Organizer shall be released from any obligations that may have arisen towards the participants.

Article 10

A participant taking part in the promotional prize competition accepts the rights and obligations set forth in these Rules.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules, in which case all participants shall be duly and timely informed thereof in the manner provided for in Article 3, paragraph 1 of these Rules.

Article 11

In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and a participant in this prize competition, the Commercial Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
